Leveraging Emotional Intelligence

This series will explore the concept of emotional intelligence, and its application in professional work. Participants are invited to complete an emotional intelligence inventory to provide individual insights, with an opportunity for a 1:1 coaching session. The series will focus on understanding emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence and conflict navigation, emotional intelligence and negotiation, emotional intelligence and teamwork and, emotional intelligence and difficult conversations. For graduate students and postdocs.
