Career Strategist Dominic Militello is now available for one-on-one coaching sessions to help graduate students refine their career goals and advance in their fields. Whether they are seeking broader opportunities or looking to leverage their expertise within their current organizations, Dominic is adept at helping students build their personal brand and represent their credentials with confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in executive career strategy, Dominic combines his background as a professional soccer player with expert coaching in career development. Having played as a forward for the Salt Lake Sting, he understands the competitive nature of both sports and the job market. Dominic provides expert guidance in salary negotiations and helps students build connections across various industries, all while instilling a winning spirit that empowers them to recognize their unique value and achieve their professional goals.
